During preview of each candle, we have experienced burning exceeding 8 hours at a time. This has estimated over 40 hours of burning for a 30cl container candle.

No. This is an unsafe practice and we advise against leaving candles unattended while lit or near a flame.

It is necessary for the candle wax to melt, however if you candle container becomes too hot extinguish the candle and allow it to cool before repeating the relighting process.

For wooden wick we advise that you maintain at least a quarter inch of wick before relighting to encourage a full pool. Some wick will burn to the length required (cotton wicks) but it is important to remove the access burned wick prior to relighting.

Yes. All of our products are made with 100% natural blends. 100% soy wax is used for each soy candle and 100% vegetable wax is used for our vegetable wax candles.

Our essential oil candles are made with 100% vegetable wax which is free from soy.

Yes. Our glass containers can be reused.

Besides the obvious in their title (wooden wicks are made of wood and cotton wicks derived from cotton). Wooden wicks are a new and more innovative style of wick offering a more even burn. Cotton wicks are common and are easier to use in the relighting process. Wooden wicks may take ip to 10 seconds to relight and will require trimming off burned wood to help with the process, where as a cotton wick will relight right away and stay lit for a longer period without requiring further lighting. Both are great choices and it is truly depend on your preference. Both our wooden and cotton wick's are natural and provide a healthier and cleaner burn.
